Update time.
Robert----> Finished inks, next base colors
RE Comic----> Page one almost finished pencils, next inking
Other Works----> Scanning, inking and coloring

I hope to have the comic done before January 6 so that I can premiere it on the website, but that is only if I can finish it in time. Robert is looking to get the full treatment of coloring and backgrounds. Should work out rather nicely I think. I have another picture of a dragon that has finished pencils, I want to scan and ink it soon. That one might be done in B+W not sure yet. The sketch and inks will be posted when they are available.

If you have any ideas that you want to see sketched out or drawn, give me a holler. I might just look into creating something for you. Just dont be too set on the way it will look, just have a description and Ill try my best.

World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Cinematic

Last night at the Spick TV VGA's, Blizzard unveiled the new cinematic opening for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. It was fucking awesome. Even if you don't like the game, go check it out. The visuals are amazing and the sound is exquisite. I can't wait for the game to come out.

Lack of Content

Alright people,
I know I haven't posted like any decent content in a while, but don't be mad at me. It's not my fault...ish. I've been drawing alot and have tons of stuff to show you but I haven't had time to scan any of it or color it. All I've been able to do is cry myself to sleep every night because of not giving you content. So don't be sad. Next week I promise to bring you more content. Namely the Resident Evil Project concept art as it stands now. Think I am up to like 5-8 sketches of the crew. So don't fret, content is coming for you.

Too Much Pie Shrub

Greetings,
It is tuesday before Thanksgiving and I figured I owed an update, at least before the holiday. I only got news, no pictures today. I know it sucks, but I have't finished any sketches/inks/colors lately. I've been working on the "Resident Evil" project lately. Almost done with the pencils for Damien. Hope to have that finished and inked by the end of the week. I also have alot of other random sketches/finished pencils that I would like to show you. Scanner is just so far away right now. That's about it in the way of art, aside from me playing a little more guitar than before. Don't know if I will do anything in the way of recording, but it keeps me busy in my off time.

Cancer Ward Child Pornography

Hey there people,
Since I'm pretty tired I won't make this very long. I finished the second T-Shirt design and it looks as funny as the first. Almost Thanksgiving and that means Christmas is right around the bend. Around mid-December, I will be in Vermount at a ski lodge with my parents. I won't be doing any skiing, but I still have to go. I'll post a little before I leave so you have something to read over the weekend.

Would you ever drive 10 hours just to go to the movies with someone?

Hello once again,

I really don't know what to say in this post. My scanner is out of commission for a while. Hopefully it will be back by Monday or so. Been working on some random drawings and sketches that I would like to get colored or inked so I can show them to you all.

Been playing Battlefield 2 alot lately. My tag is Flaremonkey if you happen to kill me or see me healing your punk ass. When I am not playing that, I am playing the World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Beta with my fellow beta testers. So far, the beta is amazing and really shows how much work Blizzard really put in before even releasing the beta.

In the way of music, I've been listening to alot of The Red Chord and From First to Last. Two good bands with alot of great songs that are really enjoyable to listen to. If you get a chance check out their albums.

I got nothing else to say except, I can't feel emotion because it always betrays me.

People take things from me, and expect me not to care. Traitors, that's what they are.

Greetings once more my friends.

Today, I would like to talk a little about some of the projects I am currently working on as an artist. First of my projects is the "Resident Evil: The Last Stand" project. As the name suggests, this project is about Resident Evil. I am working on concept art for people, weapons, armor and other things related to the project. The initial idea was that the art would be going along with a game at some point, but since I have no one to write script and code a game, it is just art. Second project is relatively new. I am calling it the "7 Deadly Sins" project. This project will be my artistic interpretation of each of the seven deadly sins. At the moment I am looking to make each into a sort of anti-hero for a possible comic or maybe something along those lines. Third is the most horrendous thing that I have ever had the privelidge to work on. It is the "666" project. I am painting a picture of three sixes in three select forms, cherish, chance and change. It has taken me almost two months to get about three-quarters done with it and hopefully it will turn out good in the end. Below is a picture of the original concept art that evolved in to the monstrosity.

Greetings all who see this.

My name is Tomalt. Not really, but that is the name you will know me by from now on. This is a blog of expression and through it I plan to express anything I see fit. Whether it be artwork, poetry, music or news pertaining to just about anything. I have no plans to impress anyone with what is posted here. You might be impressed, you might not be but the fact is that you are reading this and that shows faith in new things.

To start things off, I figured I would tell you a little about myself and what it is I do. At the moment I am a student. I won't tell you where or what kind of school because you don't need to know that right now. School is my full-time job, I occasionally do oddjobs here and there to make some money but nothing full-fledged. I am an artist, both visual and written, and I greatly enjoy music. I do not smoke, nor do I drink alcohol. Though I have, I do not at the present time. My spare time is mostly spent reading science fiction or fantasy novels, writing some stories of my own, writing poetry, practicing guitar, sleeping and drawing for various home-grown projects.

Since this is just an explanation post I won't actually show you anything of what I do.

To leave you, I will state a statement:
Quis ego sum est non quis ego videor.
It is Latin and is probably a little grammatically incorrect, but it means what I am is not what I seem.
