Hey,
Just been working on the still unnamed project. What do you think about In Light of Shadow? Catchy no? Well, it's just something that I've been toying with. The background for the project is coming along slowly. There will probably be a wikispace similar to the one for the Shadow Princes holding all of the information written. Till later.

In Light of Darkness

Hey,
Me and Tim have been working on an idea for a future video game that could make our careers. It doesn't have a set name but we are working on it. For now, some ideas pertaining to the main character. He is a human-demon hybrid with a gauntlet that allows him to channel the powers of shadow into weapons ranging from melee weapons to full-fledged firearms and some shadow powers. The pictures might not be exactly what he is going to look like, but they are well on the way to being what we are looking for. That's all for now.

I Got a Sexy Look, Just Like Ezra

This piece I just finished not even a few minutes ago. It's a picture of Ezra wandering alone and sexy. Hope you like it Diana. Also, if you haven't noticed, there is a nice little doodad in the top right corner of the screen. I learned how to do that at school and I just added it a little while ago. It's pretty cool, like this picture. Check it.

The Deck

Hey,
Just making a quick blog post about the recent happenings. I've been working hardcore on the Viral Hell script hoping to finish it any time now. I've been fooling around with the tablet and Viral Hell which has yielded some interesting results, but none that are finished yet. More by the end of this week I hope.

Broken, Bloody Body

Hey,
This just in: Tomalt is back and in an even more real way. These are six pictures that I drew today. The first is done using the old style to create Tomalt in a vaguely realistic way. The second is Tomalt in a brand new light. Anatomically correct, with still a hint of idealism, and in a very dramatic and natural pose. The third is Tomalt in the first stage during the revamp of the script into the novel, he is cocky and full of himself to the point it is breaking out of him. The fourth is Tomalt as an infected which comes after his suicide, depicted in the fifth picture. The last picture is Tomalt during his depression, during which he cuts his body in an attempt to numb himself. All good stuff. Next on the list: Jemina. More to come!

Vanity Affair

Hey,
This tablet has literally made sketching out pictures so easy that I am mass producing them like crazy and the best part is, they are pretty awesome looking. It's not like they are just shitty, barely visible sketches of some obscure hero in a field of scribbles. These are defined sketches that I will probably ink and/or turn into some sort of digital painting. These three I just finished and they look badass. I'm thinking of making them into some sort of fantasy group that goes around causing mayhem while also revealing something personal about each of them as they do. The idea needs work, but they look cool. More later or tomorrow morning, then it's back home to spend the weekend with Diana.

Boo,
Just me again with an inked version of The Storm. It came out really good. The background is one of the best I have ever drawn and really shows a sense of perspective and space. The summoner's clothing is completely wind-swept by the spell which is one of my favorite parts of the whole picture. Also the clouds and the spell are very nice in my opinion as I have never been able to do both very well. I'm sleeping till 10 tomorrow.

Just finished this a little while ago. It came out decent. I'm not really sure what I was going for but I liked the pose so much that I just had to go with it. I admit, the outfit isn't very standout but that's the point. He's supposed to be sneaky and some flashy suit of armor is a bitch much for a murderer.

Hey,
Another inked sketch for tonight. I'm going to see if I can't fix the naked lady's hands so that they look more natural, possibly make her lips look a little better. The sketch is of Apoth, some guy who has a staff and uses magic. He's an alien, so his proportions are supposed to be off. I think it came out good, especially the runes on the staff and face.

It's the middle of the night and I just finished this piece. It does contain nudity, so if you don't want to see that then don't click it. I don't completely know why I drew it, it just kind of happened. I am probably going to paint it and make it look more presentable with some fancy lighting and effects. The first image is a transition of how the picture came from gesture drawing to finished inks and background.

Hey!

So I'm back in RI and back in school. My first class was this morning and it was pretty good. Got to meet up with some old friends, learn some new things and get complimented on because of my Boondock Saints Hoody. Things are good.

Tonight wrestling is on, so I'm psyched about that. Diana is at the Soup Kitchen all night and I'm here alone. Which is why the following faces got finished. I made two versions, one lighter and one darker. I want an opinion on which one looks better because that is how I'm going to post them from now on. I think out of the six individual heads, numbers two and three are my favorites. Comment on which are yours.

Just a sketch I finished a little while ago. It's gong to be colored later today and given a nice painted background. A bunch of detail in this one, his hair came out good as well as his armor. When it's done being colored, should be a nice picture for the portfolio.
